Questions we get a lot

Here's how it works.

Will other companies get the same lead?

No. If you rent bins in Kitchener, you're the only bin company that gets Kitchener bin leads. One company per trade, per city. That's the whole point.

What if my city is already taken?

We'll tell you before you pay, offer you the next open city, and put you first in line if your spot opens up. If you've already paid, you get a full refund.

How fast do I get the leads?

Every Monday you get the permits issued since your last list. Most of our cities publish new permits daily, so leads are usually days old, not weeks.

Can I actually contact these people?

Yes. You get the address, so you can mail the owner, visit the site, or call the builder when the city names one. We don't sell personal phone numbers.

What kind of leads do you have?

Newly issued building permits: renovations, basement finishes, additions, demolitions, fire repairs and new builds, filtered for bin rental, junk removal and storage, or building supply.

What cities are you in?

Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge. More Ontario cities are coming. Tell us where you work.
